- Lead, manage, and design projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create vibrant and functional tenant spaces;
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation;
- Perform Functionals Tests using Power BI or Xray;
- Oversee design teams and external contractors, fostering a culture of creativity and productivity.
Requirement :
- 4 years experience
- Proven experience in project management and Design within Finance and Accounting
- Having references in Finance and Accounting to be able to understand the impacted business features
- Strong design sensibility and creativity to deliver engaging tenant spaces
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
