We are partnering with a leading global insurance group to recruit a Lead Business Analyst specializing in BMP platform rollouts. This role is central to shaping and delivering transformative projects, working within agile squads to bridge business needs and technical solutions. If you have deep insurance domain expertise and a proven track record in core platform implementations, this is a strategic opportunity to drive impact at scale.

Your Mission:

As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder alignment for BMP rollout initiatives.
  • Ensuring clarity, quality, and traceability of requirements to enable seamless delivery.
  • Contributing to organizational BA standards, frameworks, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Excellence

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, creating AS-IS/TO-BE process models, use cases, and personas.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
  • Support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and assist in UAT preparation.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Organizational Leadership

  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to BA best practices and reusable assets.
  • Mentor junior BAs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and quality assurance processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8-10 years of total experience, including 6+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
  • Strong background in BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of BMP assets and underlying architecture.
  • Expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving.
  • Exposure to insurance domains such as Sales, Claims, or Product.

Desirable Qualifications

  • IIBA CBAP or equivalent certification.
  • ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC certification.
