Key Responsibilities

  1. Cluster Management:
    • Optimize ElasticSearch clusters.
    • Design sharding/replication strategies .
  2. Performance & Scaling:
    • Troubleshoot latency/resource issues.
    • Automate data lifecycle management.
  3. Data Modeling:
    • Develop custom mappings/analyzers for log analytics and search use cases.
    • Integrate heterogeneous data sources (Kafka, S3, RDBMS).
  4. Kibana Solutions:
    • Build interactive dashboards with real-time alerting.
    • Train operations teams on dashboard utilization and maintenance.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven, in-depth experience configuring and managing ElasticSearch clusters in production environments
  • Strong knowledge of index design, sharding strategies, and performance tuning at scale
  • Expertise in data modeling tailored to ElasticSearch use cases
  • Ability to design and implement advanced Kibana dashboards and visualizations for effective monitoring and analysis
