Team Lead BI Ref. 003033

You will have an opportunity to: 

• Support a high performing BI / software development team

• Manage day to day operations of a team with diverse skillsets, with regular KPI reporting

• Engage, lead and influence cross functional teams

• Facilitate PI planning, iteration planning and related agile ceremonies (as appropriate)

• Create and manage project plans and related documentation, in accordance with established project management methodology 

• Develop scope and maintain high level SRS documentation

• Collaborate with SMEs, in maintaining traceability between business requirements, product features and the functional requirements, throughout development of the SRS document to completion of testing results

• Build implementation instruments 

• Provide regular updates on project status, including risks and risk management approach

You will be a great fit to our team if you possess:

• 5 years’ experience leading high performing software development teams

• Knowledge of project management methodology, best practices (e.g. PMI, SAFe, etc.)

• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle, and Change Management concepts

• Excellent communication skills both oral & written to manage the project horizontally and vertically

• Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities

• Experience working in Production / Operational team would be considered an asset
